I had given up on the soft ice cube trays .. could never remove the cubes. These work perfectly. Cubes come out easily and with the covers I can stack two newly filled trays easily without out taking up extra room.  Read Less

The cubes are smaller than expected (but they're good size for drinks). Lid doesn't close tightly but I don't think they're designed to seal. I wasn't looking for a tight seal, just to be able to keep stuff from falling into the water/ice. I like the soft bottom which helps to push the ice cubes out of the tray. Because the tray is not deep, I found it a little challenging to fill the tray evenly and easy to overfill, which then touches the lid. Since the lid is not designed to seal tightly, there's no problem removing the lid even when it's touching the ice .  Read Less
