It comes impeccably wrapped making for an impressive gift. The wooden stand and carving knife are great additions to the set.

This is by far the best ham i have ever tasted. The flavor and texture of this bellota ham makes the price worth. This is also acorn-fed so it’s the top of the top!

Cons

The taste of this paleta is not good at all. This meat is very oily and narrow. The flavor is oily and bland. Received 50% iberico pork with nitrates and nitrite.

I was promised a full refund but no refund was ever credited to my amex card. I have no recourse as this item is unreturnable so buyer beware!

We heard costco had jamon iberico about a month before thanksgiving but those sold out in a day

The box it was delivered in was quite battered

Packaging/appearance

The packaging board knife and quality of the ham were all on point

It was very carefully packaged vacuum sealed to avoid any damage with a ham stand and a sharp knife

Competitiveness

Its a great quality product at a great price better than others in the market

I love the fat and that is why i buy iberico versus serrano

You should probably buy a different product boneless serrano if the fat content is a turn off

A shoulder has definitely less meat than a ham and iberico hams fed acorns are well known for high fat content
