Highlights
Quality
Its very versatile sturdy and inexpensive for the quality
Pleased with the mount for the light
I was impressed with the overall design
The initial quality seems to be very good
Price
This rack for a fraction of the cost is better at least for me because i already have the ibera rakpak and its a lot cheaper
Shipping
Ive never seen a bike flip so fast and so high before
Packaging/appearance
As i had to repackage it myself to return it to the ups per amazon caution note
Competitiveness
I cant justify buying something elsebetter because this is just as light as the equivalent tubus and extremely sturdy

Some of the hardware was incorrect so i had to go to home depot

However the rack does not fit an older trek
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
The bike bolt holes are set much wider apart than what the attachment point on the rack allows for the mounting arms
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
The downside of the rack is that it takes almost three hands to assemble unless you selectively think about each step and what parts may slip out of place should you let go of one part

The extensions are not long enough to be able to use a bungee thru the slots 3rd photo from left on top of the metal brackets when mounted high on the bike

Also i know it is a universal fit and is designed to fit most bike applications however the connecting rods that bolt to the seat stays should have the first bend from the seat stay much closer to the stay to avoid contact with brake mechanicals
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
If you have to install the rack at its highest position to clear the brakes you now run into the problem of the back side of the connecting rods protruding up past the top of the rack 2nd photo from left prohibiting the use of the insulated bag on top

I made no modifications at all
