Fret re working and filing down is an absolute must unless you want to cut your hands on slides.

This is way too light for the 22 scale length at concert tuning.

If you want you can polish the frets with some wire wool while the strings are off.

As a side note, i'm running my mikro thru a palmer pepamp/pocket amp (which i highly recommend to all guitarists, buy it, you won't be sorry), then a coliseum reverb by modtone and finally into a small pa system.
