Michael sorensen shares his tips on validating others and yourself. He explains how to approach various situations with empathy towards another person.
It's relatable, easy to understand, and offers great insights. The cherry on top is when he reminds us to apply this knowledge to ourselves. Very insightful. Like a profound difference!

Ive been told many times that i am a great listener and easy to talk to and while reading through this book i realized that i already do some of these things and there are many situations where ive done or said the things the author cautions against and did get similar negative responses
