I replaced two 40watt philips tubes in my kitchen with two of these after modifying the florescent fixture with a set of hyperikon nonshunted tombstones not included

The install took about 5 minutes and we cant tell the difference between these lights and the fluorescent tubes that were in there previously

Hated that the old florescent bulbs took a bit to kick on and sometimes never turned on

Just had to bypass remove the ballast and wire it like a standard bulb

Two prongs stick out on each end but the side that powers the unit is clearly marked

The fixture i had was really cheap so it took some effort to take apart but the rewiring is dead simple
