So glad i took a chance on this product
My only real issue is in the quality of the plastic lid that threads onto the top
I am torn about this product in how to review it
Packaging/appearance
I simply put the hyperchiller iced coffee maker under the keurig spout and let the hot coffee drip directly into the hyperchiller
Only down fall i’ve found since having it for a few months is it leaks when the ice starts to melt inside the container

Its not well made in that the lid barely has enough threading to make a tight fit which you can feel if you tighten it completely

Often the freezing process which causes water to expand will cause the lid to pop off the top and theres no way to engage the lid again without fully defrosting the unit and then tightening the lid onto it
