Pros

The bag itself is light but sturdy. Fits under the seat fully packed & sideways at that without disturbing the other person's foot space next to you. Flys free with even spirit airlines.

It has a pocket in the front for your laptop or tablet or tablet. Good amount of pockets too.

Cons

Bag feels flimsy, the straps loosens way too easily. After two days the straps started constantly loosening over and over. The buckle that connects the straps to the backpack kept randomly unbuckling.

There is no good place to separate chargers, pens, chapstick, or other small items. The zipper even feels plastic-y. The materials used are not adequate to do any serious traveling with this luggage.
