Best part is you don't wake up groggy like with sleep aids! Works pretty well for basic patterns of insomnia. I'm very sensitive to benadryl, melatonin and most other medicines that may cause sleepiness.

This was supposed to be a 3 pack. I even return it at the first time to get a replacement, but second time it's still one. Do not see a way to file a complaint.

Didn't sleep even a minute. Not cup of coffee drowsy. That sounds spiteful, except i know for a fact that nothing will happen to you.

Neither diphenhydramine nor doxylamine are habit forming. A large dose of melatonin is infinitely more effective for me. Don't be fooled by homeopathy.
