Cut or tear a stick open,pour the powder in a 16oz tumbler or glass, mix well and drink. I recommend putting it in a much bigger bottle than they recommend because it’s very sweet.

Cons

It tastes just like fruit punch so it’s easy to consume, but has affected me poorly. Drank 30-60 minutes before a meal and still extremely nauseous afterwards.

I am sensitive to medicines etc so an average person may need the whole packet
