Pros

This is a trick i learned while working for sears service. It can't be beat, and is the best option for all my needs.

This filter works well with my 4 stage reverse osmosis system in my house. I then run to a remineralization filter and the taste is great for a year in my ro express water system. My samsung fridge already has a water filter built in.

150 was going to be charged to me for 4 filters

Still beats the bay for prices and shipping times and customer service

So i got the elbow at lowes and amazon delivered this filter that day

Fast ontime delivery but but installation will take time i have to find four fittings near by or online

Packaging/appearance

From the picture i thought the fitting came with the two units although the instructions says to remove the fittings

Competitiveness

And believe it or not those aftermarket refrigerator filters are just as good as the oem filter

These are less than half the price of most other brands of the same thing

The hydronix produces much much bettertasting water
