Pros
Nail strength, less cravings for food when fasting and will be buying a bigger bag next time. The best though is that i started getting rsi in my wrist from work. It's nutritional value is particularly important when i'm cutting.
I add a spoonful to my morning protien shake everyday. I daily add it to water and an espresso then use a shaker to blend. It clumps a bit in cold drinks but dissolves completely in hot drinks.
Cons
Says it’s tasteless on the packaging and it most definitely isn’t. This has a really horrible, strange musty taste when added to coffee! This has an awful flavour!
It goes all lumpy and sticky. It clumps up and requires vigorous stirring. Nothing worse than a clump of collagen with your morning coffee.

Ive recently suffered with a pain in my knee similar to house maids knee since taking this it has gone completelymy hair is also much fuller and thickerit has a very slight taste but hardly noticeable when i have it in coffee
