Per many reviews of the same pen based on photos it has a substantial failure rate where it no longer advances or retracts the ink cartridge and will no longer open

If mine fails i will be revising this review based on my failure analysis but mine is well machined and finished particularly considering the price and includes a tungsten steel glass breaker missing on some of the competition per reviews

It looks aggressive enough so i would not try to get it by tsa as a on person carried item

I purchased and smith and wesson tactical pen from academy for close to 30 bucks and it was not as nice as this one
