Pros

On full speed and oscillate, it does a nice job of keeping it decent in there. Oscillates 180 degrees, creating a breeze in my 2 car garage. The one strange thing is that the oscillating part moves by holding a pull string.

Price is certainly better than most. Not bad for 50 bucks.

The fan is simple to assemble, even without instructions. It was always parked right in front of my drawer. It can be aimed up or down by using a screwdriver.

Cons

It's worse when it oscillates. You have to pull pretty hard on the oscillator control cord to get it to work. It has a cord to pull to set a deflection angle - but that is not oscillating.
