Cons
Stay away from this product- deceptive packaging. I'm groggy most of the day and my head feels fuzzy. Waste of my money.

This product works well for me and i’ve continued to buy it after a trial size i got from sephora ran out
Melatonin works differently for different people but i find these help the quality of sleep as well as helping me stay asleep
I know that this sounds odd but i feel like this product caused restless leg for me
I did not care for the pricing so i will not be reordering

When something is good they raise the price
Shipping
Now they do not carry it and other vendors are charging 15 plus shipping in many instances
Packaging/appearance
However i must echo the complaints of several other buyers regarding the packaging

Ive tried a lot of over the counter melatonin the gummies the pills varying doses different brands but one common denominator for me is i get that disconnected head feeling similar to what you get when youre sick or take cold medicine
