Pros

Super recommend prepping with an insulated mug with ice water near by. It warms me up and i feel more active as i use it. It heats up extremely well and will have you sweating seriously.

Cons

The inner lining is too thin. What is the use of a bag that goes up to 80, if it burns you when it's at 80? Very disappointed. Absolutely piece of garbage.
