Item quality and userfriendliness were more than what i had expected
My old tab had a few odd glitches with the express keys which became quite frustrating this newer tab does not at all
For the price the quality feels good although if i were to compare to the wacom intuos pro that feels more premium overall

The only problem is the pen tends to roll in the hand while drawing so you have to constantly readjust the pen if you want to use the keys often

I wished the pen had a secure fit in its holder it kind of bobs to the side when the tip rests in it

The only issue ive come across is that occasionally after hours of being plugged in itll stop responding untill connected back up
