Pros

The h420 comes with a cd for drivers. Remember to find a aaa battery and put it in the pen. The compact size is nice, but the small draw area takes some getting used to. Overall it's perfect if you want a compact tablet or need a cheap one.

Easy to install. Feels good to write on and it's very responsive. Precise alignment for signatures on documents takes some time.

Product packaging is nice, functionality is pretty good. I wish the included cable had been thinner, or even flat.

Cons

The pen is the most useless hunk of junk you will ever encounter. The feet on the bottom of the tablet are quite bad and fall off quite quickly. If considering buying as your first tablet for osu, you are better off buying a tablet for 20 dollars more... Read More

Huion's customer service is good, replies promptly, but not much help. It crashes cardpresso as soon as you try to sign. I’m really a tech savvy person and i couldn’t for the life of me figure out how to get this thing to work.
