Not so useful for smaller boneless hams as these are too short to fit between the spike and the screwtight fixing

This product description does not show it having a knife included but some of the reviews said it does

It does not though so do not go by the reviews and qa that one is included

I would suggest drilling the leg as the top threaded spike is not sharp enough to penetrate anything and therefore tightens and pushes the black clamp upwards
