The antenna dongle works great and can be pretty far out from this unit 20ft tested
I use ptz cameras so i see the video on monitors and this allows me to hear and speak without being tethered

As you can see it uses a rf usb dongle that hangs out of the computer while the speakerphone can be either plugged in to power or completely wireless

The problem we had was that the microphone on the logitech webcam was too far from the table so the people on the other end couldnt hear us clearly and since the lcd was in one corner of the room occasionally people on the far end couldnt clearly hear the output from the lcd speakers

The solution for now i was searching around and finally found this huddlepod air but couldnt find any reviews for it anywhere

It is one of the only wireless solutions out there meaning you dont have to connect it close to the computer
