Reviewer is really really happy with the purchase. He really likes how light the item is.
This is a very well crafted ukulele that sounds terrific but has a few quirks. My mahogany ukes have a matte finish, good sustain and a nice tone. It has a nice gloss finish, but i wish they didn't gloss the front sound board.
The instrument itself is beautifully crafted and lightweight. It's easy to learn to if you're looking to pick up an instrument as a hobby. Strings are perfect and stay in tune.

Cons
Uke sounds pretty good, but does not stay in tune for long. It goes downhill substantially while i'm playing. The fret edges are very sharp and need to be filed.
Highlights
Quality
The gloss itself doesnt seem to affect the sound quality much and everywhere else the build quality is very nice
The quality and playing is as good as my other ukulele which is a smaller soprano ukulele
I received the hricane ukulele in an oversized box which was good to protect the inner boxer with the ukulele in it
With the clip only partially on i wonder what that does to the sound and the life of that beautiful inset around the sound hole
Price
Very nice sound aquila strings and a very good price
Packaging/appearance
This is double the price but it’s well made and keeps the tune …the packaging is neat
Competitiveness
Well built and plays and sounds as good as much more expensive ukes out there
Theyre both still better than some cheap ukes but ideally youd want that distance to be lower closer to 2
If i didn’t have a few other ukes i’d be discouraged building up my fingers
It’s a little bit nicer than most beginner ukes
