The pics show the refurbished one besides the first one. Also a pic showing how it was mailed/received. Operation is smooth and reliable. The scroll wheel operates smoothly and silently.

Great feel and design, but absolutely horrible at staying connected. It constantly disconnects while i'm in the middle of projects. You then have to sometimes power off/on and it will reconnect other times i have to go in and re-pair the device again.... Read More

The cheapest part of the systems is the worst. Hp used to make good things, now they just make disposable junk. It's extremely frustrating.
