    I did run into an issue with the windows start button but running the windows update resolved that (not the computer's fault - it is a bug in the operating system that microsoft has patched).

    As well, plastic does not get as hot as aluminum and also it makes for a lighter computer.

    The keys are black with red writing which is totally unreadable without the backlight.
