Pros

The wireless setup is a little finicky, but once you get it setup, it's great. Our phones and laptops all are able to connect to it on wifi, documents come out fine. Very light and portable.

Cons

Using this printer is painful. The printer is trash. Too late to return, $108 down the drain.

I suspect the printer is not communicating. The app hangs constantly and it's unclear if its still attempting to work or just an error out.

Every few days the printer is offline and i have to power it down and wait for it to cycle on and connect back to the same access point it has been on since april. Connecting to wifi is approaching beyond frustrating and at time impossible. Using hp d... Read More

One day the printer keeps on printing smudgy printouts, got it looked out by geek squad and found out fuser assembly need replacement. Not good hp.

The printer simply believes that it is out of paper when paper is there (new, clean, unblemished paper in the correct amount) leading to constant paper jams.
