Cons
The ink is leaking and dripping in small spots on whatever i print. Will be switching to a different manufacturer, buying all new laster printers. It prints when it works, but requires frequent printer restarts because the cartridge causes errors.
Cartridge has very little toner. Switching back to the old one resolves the issue, but it is almost empty. After the return window, there is no recourse with hp.
Just why someone could not have taped it so it would tear is a mystery to me. Supposedly sealed box.

You can buy generic brands but they wont work as well
Ive owned other hp printers where after the warranty period i switched to offbrand toners and i just dont think they perform as well
