Pros
They aren't bad and the only complaint is they aren't the best for using iron sights on an ar carbine. Pretty good job of noise cancellation.
The wire that connects the headband to the muffs looks and feels more sturdy than they do online. Can put ear buds in ear underneath if desired.
Theses muffs fit very well. Seriously, these are slim and work great. Light weight, fits well, comfortable.
Cons
The headband is somewhat adjustable, but no adjustment seems to alleviate the pressure i feel when i put them on. The sound attenuation is not as advertized (in my opinion). It barely fits around my head, pulling uncomfortably at the base of my ears.
Worst part is the ear cushions have a sharp molded edge lining the entire inside part that can easily cut into the back of your ears. Material that sits next to the ear is cheap and not soft at all. Quality is awful.

This gym has their basketball court one level down and yes it did reduce the noise a bit but not enough to warrant me to keep them
