I had expected this to be a dilbert book i clearly hadnt read the blurb closely enough and was rather disappointed to find it in effect a selfhelp book by scott adams

Hes clear that hes sharing what worked for him and why he thinks that through his own consistent results and theres a theme running through this book is to take care of yourself first so there are bits around personal wellbeing which of course is not separate from success
