This book does not suffer from that flaw and it makes me really appreciate ellenbergs abilities as an author and as a mathematician though i cannot claim any expertise in ellenbergs actual mathematical domain

Any author that points out the existence approval voting and correctly stating that arrows theorem doesnt apply gets an increase in my respect

Pointing out that irv can have spoilers and so does not necessarily help third parties is also a bonus inference from his presentation
