The seat is hard but comfortable and the tension settings are good. It glides smoothly and lifts and rolls for storage. One complaint is the styrofoam they use in their shipping crate.
The magnetic type of rower is the quietest. It’s extremely easy to move. It is a bit heavy but not unmanageable at all. It seems to be very stable and solidly built.
Cons
The screw is stripped and cannot be repaired. Been waiting on a response from customer service about the availability of a replacement part for over 2 months with zero replies. The foot straps basically make it close to unusable.

The price was good and it seems to fit my needs so this was a winwin purchase for me
The price was right looked solid plus was more compact then most

Ive had this unit for about a 4 weeks and i suspected the clock was inaccurate

The only accurate reading which can be considered accurate in the control display is the rowing count and this is only accurate if the batteries are no more than 3 weeks old as the batteries need to be replaced after 3 weeks of use or rowing counts will be skipped
