The appearance actually reminds me of tiffany glass.

The instructions for how to attach the adhesive sheet are needlessly complex.

They seem to have been written with the intention of not requiring the user to use a knife, but i cannot imagine how a child too young to be trusted with a razor knife could attach the adhesive according to the instructions without utter frustration.

This is how i did it: peel off the white backing, and stick the adhesive sheet to the tray bottom (be sure to orient it properly, since it is not quite square).

Use the carbon paper to trace the pattern onto the brown paper backing of the adhesive sheet.

Use a razor knife to cut along the lines of the pattern as you work, exposing only one section of adhesive at a time.

The tray itself is unfortunately disappointing.
