Pros

Really like the way they operate, like the shape, they're sturdy. Only complaint is that they don't adjust for coarseness very well. Also has a cap so to catch ground pepper to measure.

Cons

Not even fixable because of the spring in the mechanism. Plastic knob could not take the pressure over time. Picture is deceptive! These are not full of salt and pepper, they are empty!
