Pros

Arrived quickly and packaged well. To my pleasant surprise, it works! At this point i am hopeful that it will not fail in the near future. It works flawlessly again.

Cons

Error msg says the printhead appears to be missing, not detected, incorrectly installed, or incompatible. Then the seller wants the purchaser to pay for the return of an item that does not work at all.

The hp officejet 6500a plus does not work with the aftermarket remanufactured printhead. If anyone has tried to work with hp support, you know that it is hopeless, so i figured i could blow 30 bucks on this as a try. Wished i had done that initially i... Read More
