Pros

The clay provides a very comforting type of heat that is productive as well. Stays colder longer than the blue ice type cold packs. Remains pliable when frozen.

The clay conforms to your body far better than gel packs. The clay pad seems much colder and stays colder longer.

Cons

This clay mask is horrible. Only used evey 3-4 day and only lasted 32 days. The plastic cover is not strong enough and it brakes open if dropped on the floor. It brakes open easily and the black clay gets all over everything.

The ice packs at the pt place are fluffier but this pack is just as flexible and the price is reasonable

Packaging/appearance

Following directions to microwave for 1 minute i found the pack retained heat for 60 minutes easing muscle pain between the shoulder blades
