Pros

Don't be scared off by the price-if this model is a smidge more that you are used to spending, i say it’s totally worth it. Love the long cord as well.

It's much better at picking up cat litter rather than scattering it all over the room. We have 4 big mastiffs that stay in the house and they make a lot of dog hair. Plus two kids.

Cons

If you want to use the attachment you have to unravel the entire cord to get it to disengage. The hose cracked in multiple places, creating a loss of suction. The vacuum also apparently affects the vacuum catching whatever is being vacuumed, as it now... Read More

It’s not worth getting repaired in my opinion. Parts to fix it are ridiculously expensive and some are almost impossible to locate. Cover plate for the hepa filter will not stay on.

This is a very heavy vacuum cleaner so it isn’t very easy to maneuver. Seems like the weight isn't distributed evenly.

Customer service seems to be nonexistent. Despite staying on hold more than 90 minutes each time i was not connected with anyone. Called again and waited on hold for twenty minutes to talk to someone; again no luck.

It is a brand new unit that does not function properly. It is to the point where it is not worth the headache to recontact hoover and go through that again, will just be ordering a different brand.

I do like that it swivels and maneuvers around furniture better than others ive had

At least i dont expect it to last forever so ill be able to spend more and switch brands seeking improvement

Like so many companies i wonder if hoover is downgrading the quality of their products since there are a fair number of negative reviews

This replaced my shark navigator and ill be honest its way better
