Pros
I add the powder to my homemade potato soup and breads, and the results are spectacular. It really makes bland dishes taste better without being salty.
It's a shelf-stable product that has come in handy more than once. The price is equitable as it’s so good and delivered right to my door. They are from the same supplier, i believe.
Cons
This sour cream was rancid.
It tastes so much like citrus that i think they intended it only for lemony desserts and not savory food. Tastes like pure citric acid and maybe some other chemical.

Although the powder smells awfully like sour dairy and the reconstituted sour cream is kind of grainy it actually works out fine in baking recipes
