Pros

Since it’s a powder we wouldn’t have to worry about spoilage.

It sounds awful but is surprisingly good. Been buying it ever since.

Takes the bite out of the coffee and for under a carb. Like to use in loaded cauliflower bake. I use ketochow shakes for weight loss. Keto no bake cheese cake.

Texture is a bit different, but the flavor is great. The flavor is nice, it works for baking and cooking applications. It tastes really close to real cream cheese.

Cons

The powder to water ratio given on the package yields a soupy white goo. Homemade yogurt, drained and salted, tastes way better.
