The safe comes with a key and you need both the key and the combination to open the safe. This safe is quite good, i am very happy with it, very safe and resistant.

The very sturdy leg on the bottom is completely bent and pushed in. Once opened the damage continued.

This safe is big and heavy it would be difficult to take this safe out of the house because filled it weighs over 200 pounds
