The four arms to the hanging pile is great fur sturdiness. The two casters with brakes on them are very handy.

Bags are durable and easy to lift out.

This is the perfect size for the space i needed. Makes going to the basement laundry room via elevator a breeze. Can be stored out of sight in a walk-in closet or laundry room.

Slim design makes it fit next to the washer and dryer nicely. The bottom shelf is great for shoes or small stuff.

It rolls easily & the hanging feature is great. It resembles one of those handy carts found in laundromat. It stays stationary so i'm not sure how it will do as a transport cart.

The design is fine however, it is too flimsy. The wheels stay locked regardless of which position the locking device is in. The box says this stainless steel rack is resistant to rust.
