This can be built safely without the included arms i prefer task chair style for working that is the arms are not a structural part of the build

Update at week 2 the compression happens in minutes but the lumbar range is still too low

This is why i caution that this might not work for anybody shorter than 5 ft6

Note if you haveget this chair bring the chair all the way up and all the way down twice before adjusting to you when this first came unpackaged it would not compress all the way
