These leggings are my favorite. High waisted have compression around the tummy area. If you have a belly it sort of accentuates your pooch.

As long as you get the right size they are completely squat proof and amazing! Because i suffer with back and knee injuries (#armystrong), these are perfect for road trips, sports games, etc.
