It is super soft to the touch and plush. It is soft and sturdy. Overall, i’m very pleased with this product and my toddler loves it.
My 2 year old uses it when he naps in the car. My 3 year old loves this neck pillow. Purchased this for my 8 year old and his easter basket this year.

It is a bit fuzzy so i would not suggest it for warmer climates or for kiddos that run on the warm side
