Ran iron pipe to a fireplace converted from wood to propane put one shutoff at the fireplace and this one on the back of the house since i had to connect two pieces of pipe together anyway why not use a shutoff thats easy to access

I originally used a flare end one piece gas valve hoping to minimize parts but it actually is not recommended and doesnt work correctly to the quick connects due to the flared end
