Its very soft and nice but if you put your head on it it basically sinks right into it so the pillow doesnt really offer support

They are an impressively crafted quality product and theyve made a big positive impact on my mums health so i feel totally wretched for not leaving a good review until now when it seems like the average star rating has already been badly impacted by this flurry of weird one line reviews from onereview accounts
