Seller is also really uncooperative and unfortunately unhelpful. Feels flimsy for the money and the racks are too narrow for a speedy hanging out. This is the worse drying product i have ever bought.

Larger heavier items like hoodies and jeans really need to be laid flat across the rails to dry and they do dry quickly

From a heat point of view it would be safe around small children if they touched it as it doesnt get as hot as a radiator
