These are amazing recipes for beginners and seasoned makers. These are classically trained chefs who have become the sausage kings of nashville. The parsley and garlic sausage is amazing!

While still over salted the andouille was at least edible (barely). Its so salty its not edible. Not a lot of helpful info on different cuts lean to fat ratio, whether to use fresh or dried herbs, shoddy ingredient measurements, and shoddy instruction... Read More
Big mistake, just like buying this book. Had to remake it and apologize. Shame on these guys for not proofreading.

The book is written in an easy going style that made it simple for someone who was totally clueless ie me to learn how to make sausage when she was starting from zero knowledge beyond how to eat the stuff
