Fall and Winter gets a little cold in the Pacific Northwest and we run our space heater all fall and winter. Typically we have to replace our ceramic heater every year, so we decided to try this one out. First, the retro 80’s science lab style attracted me, but I also figured ceramic heaters aren’t cutting it. Second, the price attracted me as we’ve bought more expensive ceramic heaters that have broke within months of use. Third, I like how easy it is to use. The knob and buttons make it a no-brainer.After using it for almost a month, I can say that this provides a subtle, gradual heat, which I prefer. It makes it very simple to get and maintain the right temp at all times.  Read Less
