The instructions are in chinese but all you need to do is link it to your phone and then youll be able to use it with just a touch of a button to accept or reject phone calls

I didnt find it very comfortable but my 14 yr old said she liked it and thought it was pretty comfortable but after wearing it an hour she said it hurt her ear
