Im 5 foot 6 and my shoulders finished below the top rollers meaning that when on they were only massaging thin air

Got my massager today no screws on back visiable anywhere and no allen screw either scared to use it in case i break it a few more instructions would have come in handy and a picture of where the screws are would be even better have a bullet shaped screw dont know where that goes pretty poor for information in setting up
