I would not recommend this in small bathrooms because the bar will have to stick pretty far out for the curtain to line the tub

You have to install it a few inches behind the straight rod so its not so far from the tub

Pro tip used mascara to mark the hole locations sticks to tile to mark hole nonpermanent taped yellow duct tape over marks showed through so hammer drill would have something to grip while drilling into the tile

It seems like the tension curved shower rods wouldnt stay put very well

You would have to position it atleast 4 inches into the shower to get that comfy look
