Does what is supposed too and no obvious problems except the part that holds the rolled up end of the stamp roll should have had at least one side closed in

If you pick up the roll when its brand new it can fall out the side then you have to reroll it to put it back in the holder

Yes the stamps will slide out the sides but i just put my fingers there when sliding out a stamp

If the coil is too large to fit in holder just hold the roll between thumb and forefinger and pull on stamps to decrease the coils diameter

This device would be prefect if there was a way for the stamproll to remain inside the cylinder
